Danish's THC Sport's Day

Hari ni Tadika Hidayah Cahayaku (THC) punye Sport's Day. Pukul 7.00 pagi lagi Danish dah bangun. Memang dia pantang je ayah nye takde kat sebelah dia kat katil tu. Terus nak bangun. "Cepat Danish, mandi. Karang nak pi lari-lari." Danish jawab, "Nak lari skarang ke Yah?" (short form for Ayah). "Ye la, skarang laa... lambat kang panas plak..." Terus semangat dia pegi mandi.

Opah Danish datang bagi morale support! Jgn main2, Opah Danish ni juara rebut kerusi Peringkat Negeri Perak ooo...

Sebelum start, ambik gambar dulu dengan piala2. Just in case... hehe...

Iman pon datang memberi sokongan kepada Abang Danish walau pon tak cukup tido...

Rupa2nye, Danish tak masuk acara lari pon. Tapi acara Rebut Kerusi. He came to me and sounded frustrated. "Danish tak suka main rebut kerusi, Danish x pandai. Danish nak main lari2". I told him that he'll do just fine. And it turned out that, he played quite well. Not bad at all to get the 3rd place!

Daddy's proud of you son! That's my boy!!!

Dad drove home babbling proudly about his son the whole journey and announced like, "Tempat ketiga acara rebut kerusi jatuh kepada ... WAN DANISH HAIQAL!!!..."

Danish looked at me and asked, "Ayah,... kalau tak jatuh?"

Ahhh there... I've a lot of explanation to do.

Iman's turn! 'The Nurse' is on call AGAIN!

Alhamdulillah, Danish has fully recovered. And just went I thought I can now breath those air of relief and get back to work, the following week Iman plak demam. Masya Allah...

Iman is teething and unfortunately her special package of teething comes with a fever. Poor dad had to cancel his appoinments and once again, put on his nurse badge (again!) and nurse Little Iman at home. Ni dah gigi yang ke 11. Hopefully, not another kapak ek did. Daddy love you!

Lin's Goodbye

Finally, after 8 long years serving the company, a close friend of mine in CTM, Lin is leaving the company.

All the best beb! You'll have a promising future wherever you go. That's one thing I'm very sure of my friend. Thanks for the memories and friendship ever since our times kat CTM. Keep in touch ya? I owe you Tony Romas for your farewell. Jgn lupa kosongkan perut ko 3 hari in advance! Haha... Good luck!

P/s : Hari ini dalam sejarah 18 Jun 2007 genaplah 2 tahun pemergian Ayahanda Hj Ahmad B. Ismail. Moga Allah menempatkan roh beliau di kalangan hamba2Nya yang solihin, Amin.

FB Status : Fahimi is nursing Danish at home

I'm taking 2 days off from work nursing Danish at home. Honey took an upaid leave day off yesterday. Yeah, poor Danish had a fever a day before he was suppose to go to school after the long school break. I must admit, I can't concentrate when I'm at work when my kids are sick. Too bad that the many sickness and infections that today's world possess (or offer, for that matter!) doesn't seems to make me ease at my couch any better. Sigh.

Again, I can't focus when either Danish or Iman get sick. The fact that they are at the nursery when they are sick even worries me more. No offense to their teachers. They are doing great so far. But with those number of kids in the nursery, they can't possibly be taking care of Danish or Iman all the time although they happen to be sick. Can't blame 'em either. The way I see it is taking a day or two off from work and nurse them personally. At least when the fever gets really hot or bad, I can straight away come to their aid. And until I see their health is getting better, only I will let them go to nursery again. Or else, another day off from work.

The many sad and tragic incidents from our family's personal experience which still echoes very loudly makes me treasure my family more than anything in this world. I won't take things for granted. Saying that, I'm really fortunate to have an understanding superior and a job that is flexible and can be custom made to my timing and all (Although I'm not sure where the company is heading at this point of time! Haha). By having that, I'm enable to balance my time for my work and family at the same time! I guess only a few people are blessed with that. And I'm glad to be one of those very few. I love my kids, and family with all my heart. May Allah protect them all, Amin.


p/s : Count your blessings. You'll be surprised with what god has bestowed you with. On another note, Danish is showing positive signs of getting better. I might cancel my leave tomorrow after all!

Kalau dah rezki...

Smalam aku pi OU. Niat di hati nak shopping baju keje aku & Honey. End up baju Danish & Iman jugak yg kitorg borong! Iskk... that's the thing when you become parents. Skali semasa pi surau, terserempak Kucai, GG n anak2. So good to see them in person after so many years. Sblm ni dok tgk dlm FB je. Nak dipendekkan cite, kat lobby OU tu Watson buat promotion for Blackmore supplements. Masa balik KB baru ni pon aku ada cakap dgn Babah about this add on TV pasal Kordell supplements for rheumatoid or osteoarthritis (Yup, dad is suffering from gout and athritis on and off). Price shown on the add was RM188.00. Aku tanya Babah, tak nak try ke? Babah kata boleh gak kalau orang nak sponsor. Aku senyum je la. Dalam hati, Insya Allah.

Skali masa kitorang pi OU ari tu, tengah promotion Blackmore plak. Ni pon lebeh kurang Kordell gak la. Brand je lain. The promotion was to good to resist. A perfect gift for Father's Day. Normal price at RM188.00. Promo price RM129.00 plus you get 50 tablets FOC plus a Watson voucher of RM8.00 that can be redeemed intantly. So you only pay RM121.00. Promotion ends tomorrow at limited stocks. Baru je syok dok tanya2, Danish lak tarik tangan aku. "Ayah, Ayah jangan marah ye? Danish nak kencing". Alamak, at this point of time? Dah la dah nak dekat kul 11 ni. Kang tutup plak. Aisei man, terus aku cepat2 bawak dia to a toilet nearby. Nearby nearby pon, jauh gak la aku jalan. By the time I got back, the booth dah tutup. Frustrated I was. Dah takde rezki kot. Kena beli normal price gak la kot. Aku nekad, esok hari aku akan datang lagi.

Keesokan hari aku pi sana. Aku tarik nafas lega. Sib baek ada stok lagi. Cuma yang frustnya, voucher RM8.00 tu dah takde. So I had to be happy with with RM129.00. Lepas bayar, the cashier said that every purchase above RM80 is entitled for a lucky draw. So dengan bsimillah aku cabut the draw. Bukak2, dapat an RM10.00 voucher from Parkson. Haha. Compared to the RM8.00 voucher which I failed to get, with this Parkson voucher aku untung lagi dua hinggit.



Alhamdulillah. Betul la kata orang, kalau dah rezki tu, rezeki jugak. No matter how much you twist and turn. Babah, this one's for you. Happy Father's Day!
